I signed up for the Tarot reading section of Astrology.com several months ago. In the beginning, it was great, and although AI generated, I appreciated the thought provoking questions that would arise from my own questions. Here is my issue. One day, the site just completely stopped working. I cannot log on, as I get a pop up message saying I have already registered under this e-mail. Well duh, I am trying to log back on. I've tried refreshing the page, using different browsers. Nothing! I tried contacting customer service, which in and of itself, is unnecessarily cumbersome. At first, they attempted to at least communicate with me and kept sending me links to FAQ and then sending me links on how to reset my username and password. NONE OF THIS HAS SOLVED MY PROBLEM. And what's particularly shady, is that they continue to debit my account every month. I have now complained to them seven times and now they just flat out do not respond. I don't want to have to get a new credit card, just to stop being debited, but I get so pissed every time I see a monthly charge.
Moral of this story, F---- Astrology.com. There are more reputable sites available!
In summary, I would not recommend Astrology.com to a friend.
